I reached out to customer service it was just okay. The replies took longer than I expected, and by the time I got an answer, it felt like they were mostly pointing to policy wording instead of actually helping. Some of those policy loopholes are frustrating too, because it seems like they can use them to avoid giving a straight solution. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either

Not gonna lie, the delivery was damn reliable. My package showed up around the time they said it would, so no annoying waiting-around nonsense.

Tracking was easy enough to follow, and I didn’t have to chase anyone like some kind of idiot, which was nice. Overall, no real complaints with the wait at all...

Overall, I’m happy with it. It looked pretty much like the photos, and the sizing info was mostly accurate for me. The color was just a little different in person than I expected, but it’s still really cute and I’d still recommend it

It just felt a bit too Expensive for what it is. I don’t think I’d pay that much for it again.

I’ve browsed shopjahzaraskouture.com a few times, some of the styles are really cute. They have that bold, fun look that makes certain pieces feel way more interesting than what you see everywhere else. I was actually excited looking at a few of them.
That said, the site itself was a little frustrating for me. It’s not terrible or anything, but browsing could be smoother, and I kept wishing there were better photos or more details. Then again, maybe I’m being picky, because some items still caught my eye anyway.
Overall, I’d say it’s decent but not totally polished yet. I like the vibe, but I also felt unsure while shopping because the layout and product info could be clearer. I’d probably check back though, especially if they add sharper pictures and make the site easier to use.

Picked the wrong size. Well, not totally wrong, just a little off. I was kind of dreading the exchange process, but it ended up being really simple. I emailed them, they got back to me fast, and there wasn’t any back-and-forth hassle. New size showed up, fit way better. No stress, no drama. Relieved and happy with how they handled it.
